The impact of the role:
As a Digital Transformation Consultant in the Strategy Department, you will drive digital transformation efforts by aligning strategic objectives with technological advancements. You will leverage your deep understanding of digital technologies and business operations to achieve sustainable organizational goals. This role emphasizes fostering engagement and sustainable change through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, diverse stakeholders, and clients to execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies.
On a given day, a Digital Transformation Consultant will:
Lead and align digital transformation strategies with organizational goals, using data analysis and market insights to drive innovation
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and facilitating collaboration
Define project scopes, set milestones, and ensure timely completion, while managing project budgets, contracts, and ensuring cost-effectiveness
Engage stakeholders in change initiatives, developing and executing communication plans, and facilitating training sessions/workshops on diverse topics
Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor digital transformation initiatives, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, identify optimization opportunities, and lead growth initiatives
Maintain comprehensive documentation of initiatives and ensure effective knowledge sharing across teams
Requirements
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience participating and leading complex digital transformation initiatives
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate strategies into actionable tasks
Proven track record of owning and delivering strategic initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
Experience in managing projects with cross-team collaboration, delivering on time and within budget
Understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing and AI
Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in the Office suite
Amazing if you have:
Relevant technology certifications (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity)
Experience in automotive, mobility, grid and connected spaces
