You will be responsible for managing various digital touchpoint capabilities, including web content and customer experience management, email marketing, website analytics, and domain management.Your contribution to something big:Implement and govern various IT capabilities;Develop and configure the tool chain in close cooperation with internal customers, Bosch corporate IT, and 3rd party vendors to match the business requirements;Understand the foundation of various digital touchpoint technologies and be the go-to person for technical issues;Consult internal customers regarding digital touchpoint capabilities to achieve the best implementation strategy optimizing cost and performance;Coach internal customers on how to use each tool in the best way;Drive standardization and synergies in a growing business segment.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field;Experience: Familiar with domain registration, DNS management, and website hosting.
