About the role Our Controlling Corporate Digital Technologies Business Services team, composed of 7 people, is integrated in the DT (Digital Technology) department and focuses on managing actual costs in collaboration with DT Platform/pool leaders.As a Digital Technology Projects Controlling Trainee, you will work on managing data integrity of Replicon Tool, coordinating cross-functional teams to support efficient time tracking and resource management. You will get the opportunity to contribute to process optimization and have a positive impact on digital project efficiency.You will be accountable for:Participate in the improvement process of the Replicon Tool - this is the tool used to track Time Allocation Data into ProjectsCoordinate with different teams as a way to collect and update data in the toolData management capacity - treat, assess & find inconsistencies in the collected dataReceive and act on feedback received from usersCoordinate with DT Teams to continuously improve the functionalities of the tool.We offer an internship (12 months) contract based on hybrid working mode.About you Relevant education degree or equivalent in Finance, IT, Engineering or Management.Ability to discuss and collaborate with different teams (DT, Finance and HR)Advanced Excel/Google Sheets is a plusFluency in English (written and spoken)Behaviors:AutonomousProblem-Solving MindsetAble to communicate effectively with different types of stakeholdersAbout the pay and benefits Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role.
