DIGITAL, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION INTERN
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Let's do this. Let's change the world. During this program, you will be our Client's Global Commercial Operations Digital Technology and Innovation Organization, focusing on the ELMAC Region (including Europe, Latin America, Canada, and Africa).
As a member of the ACCP Product team you will be able to develop next level of expertise in:
Business process management, working on business requirements collection and eliciting on them, customer journey maps, supporting development value streams activities
Software development in Salesforce service cloud environment
Release management and configuration management
Fostering Agile mindset
Gen-AI MVPs
Web, data management and many more
At the end of the internship program, the intern has gained software developer skills by having increased knowledge of enterprise-level technologies and practiced it in an Agile environment driven by the SAFe framework.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The team player individual we are looking for is open for new experiences and has these qualifications:
University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related majors.
Fluency in English, oral and written (mandatory).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong interest in Information Technologies (e.g. Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Marketing cloud, AWS, MuleSoft, Informatica, Databricks, Talend, SSIS, Pentaho, Tableau etc.)
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Spark SQL, Java, JavaScript, Scala, Python, R, Standard SQL, etc.).
Strong skills in analysis, attention to detail, problem solving, and prioritization of tasks.
Excellent oral/written communication skills, organization, and responsibility.
Being a problem solver with a can-do attitude.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn.
