To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time

Digital Sales Consultant

to start as soon as possible

Your tasks:

Lead Generation & Validation: You will implement and further develop strategies for lead generation on various platforms and channels. Through targeted research, you will find important information to qualify leads.

Worldwide Customer Contact & Sales: You will contact qualified leads via email, chat, video call, and social media. A state-of-the-art CRM system supports you in this process.

Point of Contact for Marketing & Sales: Our marketing team supports you with content. You will test it, actively gather feedback, and help to continuously improve campaigns and measures. After the first positive contact, you involve our Sales Consultants worldwide in the acquisition process.

Customer visits & Business Travel: To develop a deep understanding of our clients and their specific needs, you will periodically visit them in person to present our products and establish close, trust-based relationships. These interactions will provide key insights into their needs, enabling you to offer personalized solutions.

Sustainable Contribution: Sustainable wood utilization is active climate and environmental protection. Your contribution counts.

Your qualification and experience:

University Degree & Internationality: You have a completed your degree and have already gained initial experience in sales. You bring a basic understanding of digital sales strategies and technologies. An international environment further motivates you.

Technological Affinity: You enjoy and are interested in digital tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation. You can quickly familiarize yourself with them and assess which channels are best suited for different markets and customer groups.

Communication Skills & Presentation Talent: You have strong communication skills, are fluent in both English and another language, and can present complex products in a comprehensible and convincing manner. Any additional language is a plus.

Independence & Proactivity: You are characterized by an independent, proactive, and results-oriented way of working.

Team Player & Flexibility: You enjoy working in a team and value collaboration in a dynamic environment.
