Renewals and retention projects);Develop and execute action plans to deliver and grow sales and operations performance;Drive high NPS through delivering excellent end to end customer experience;Who You AreBachelor's or master's in Management, Marketing or similar;5 years of experience;Experience in retail and/or telesales industry;Digital and technology-oriented mindset;Data analysis;Strong intuition about consumer behaviour and motivation;Strong written and verbal communications, persuasion skills and ability to influence behaviours;Great project management and organisation skills and capable of dealing with different stakeholders and challenges simultaneously and under pressure;Critical thinking and problem-solving orientation;Portuguese/English Language proficiency;Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
