Join our team and join forces with colleagues across our business to maximise our company's positive impact on patients and their families.What the job looks like:Support the Web architect on monitoring projects and demands;Support web technical team providing clear requirements to be developed;Capture and analyze business user requirements for digital services;Participate in business development efforts and strategy engagements;Provide end-to-end project management, leading project teams, budgets and resolving challenges;Manage communication with the IT product owners within the organization;Management of POs and SOWs while monitoring SLAs agreements;Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues;Follow up of web deliveries and communication to Web architect;Interact with external agencies tracking their performance and ensuring a reliable delivery;Handle support requests from different Business Units;Oversees ticketing system and provide support for end users related to web projects.What you'll bring to the table:8+ years' experience in digital project management;Familiarity with agile development methodologies;Familiarity with Content Management systems / Web Projects;English fluent and preferably one further European language;Outstanding organization and time management skills;Detailed understanding omnichannel strategy, experience implementing large scale global web projects dealing with vendors;Excellent understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to define and articulate various strategic digital technologies to our clients;Extraordinary communication skills;Excellent client relationship skills, ability to develop relationships with senior client executives based on credibility in the digital marketing area.
