Role in our Team: We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Product Manager to join our dynamic and international team.
This role is pivotal in driving the development of our digital products and strategizing for market success.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Execution: Implement our digital vision, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.Product Lifecycle: Support the entire product development process, from initial concept to market launch and iterative improvements.Backlog Management: Develop detailed product backlogs, requirements, and user stories that reflect business needs.Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the product strategy.Marketing Support: Aid in crafting marketing materials, including presentations, sales tools, and product demos.Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance metrics and adapt strategies to meet business goals. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree with a technical focus or equivalent experience.At least 3 years of experience in a product management role within the tech industry.Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.Knowledge of a programming language (Python preferred) is advantageous.Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills. Key Competencies: A strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.A self-starter with a passion for learning and innovation in Industry 4.0.Strong leadership skills, able to influence without direct authority.At the heart of every solution, every success, is a team of dedicated professionals willing to help each other while bringing creativity and energy to every project.
