Integrated in the Global Marketing Department - Communication Team, this role will (aligned with the strategic guidelines and commercial goals) plan and implement the digital marketing strategy for the individual brands and markets in scope, taking into account the different target groups (architects, traders, industry, processors, etc.).Responsible to develop/implement and manage the website contents (backoffice) and to work in other digital platforms (ex. Simulator), aimed at communication and sales promotion, consolidating data and KPI's. Measure ROI and propose new actions accordingly.Proactively improve the website and make innovative suggestions for continuous optimisation.Design/implement direct email-marketing campaigns, improving metrics and impact in our targets.Develop/implement and manage the social media strategy according to the most relevant social media goals and KPI's.Work with the marketing team to best integrate online and offline strategy.Work on different digital marketing projects, with teams across geographies in transversal projects.Be able to develop/adjust/implement creative and informative content across digital and non-digital platforms (or vice-versa) based on product requirements and applications.Develop/implement/support other digital marketing initiatives and tools.Follow and monitor the Digital Marketing plan and results' achievement, combining digital with physical-local actions in liaison with the marketing team and other departments by elaborating consolidated reports regarding project's milestones, to be integrated in Global Marketing results.Pro-actively propose action plans according to the results observed when developing the reports.Work with external partners (Agencies and Technology providers) to support the development and daily management of all of the above.PROFILEDegree in Digital Marketing, Communication or a related field;Minimum of 8 years of Experience in digital marketing;Experience in B2B products or services;Experience of website content management, SEO (search engine optimization) and motivation to deal with established and new (SEO) tools;Advance knowledge of MailChimp (inc. basic HTML for small adjustments), Google GA4, Google Ads, Social media channels, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) & Microsoft forms;Portuguese and English full proficiency (written & spoken) - Spanish is a plus;Creative thinker and problem solver;Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;Time management skills, scheduling and control follow-up and feedback from different departments;Strong cross-functional cooperation;Availability to travel as needed;Advanced user of Microsoft Office 365 tools (inc. Excel knowledge for analysis purposes).
