MOG Technologies is looking for a new Digital Marketing Specialist to work in our MARCOM Department with the goal of boosting our digital marketing and trade show efforts.
This candidate will collaborate with a department and project manager, a design specialist and a video specialist. Their main goals are to best plan and execute on digital marketing email campaigns, social media posts across multiple platforms, plan and organize corporate trade show participation, SEO and Google Ads optimization, and further assist in maintaining strong relationships with our brand partners.
Managing MOG's Social Media: Plan, write and schedule social media posts going over MOG's products, services, events and broadcast trends;
Managing Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, write and schedule email campaigns going over MOG products and services using MailChimp;
Managing Digital Social Media Advertising Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads;
Executing strategies to improve organic search ranking and visibility, as well as preparing briefs for technical SEO;
Using Google Analytics and other data analysis tools to monitor campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions to maximize results;
Designing and optimizing trade show specific landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates;
Populate the MOG website with up to date industry News and MOG releases;
Maintaining strong relationships with our brand partners via online communication and scheduled meetings;
Collaborating with multifunctional teams within the marketing department or with product and sales teams;
Staying updated on trends and best practices in digital marketing with emphasis to the Broadcast industry;
Reporting on performance and achieving KPIs.
Who you are? 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in tech);
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
Proven track record of successful management of digital marketing campaigns;
Solid understanding of Google Analytics, MailChimp and other relevant tools;
Strong organizational and priority management skills;
Goal-oriented mindset;
Fluent with a high level understanding in Corporate Copy in English;
