Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist (Norwegian)

We are collaborating with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Norwegian-speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist for their Lisbon office. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model and is based in the Anjos office, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.Position: Digital Marketing Optimisation SpecialistLocation: Lisbon, PortugalEmployment type: Full-time, hybrid work mode (Mon-Fri 9-18)Remuneration: Base salaryDuties and Responsibilities:Implement optimization solutions by building campaigns for high-value advertising customers.Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions.Gather and analyze data at both account and campaign levels.Create reports to support or aid optimization strategies.Use optimization techniques aligned with customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and Video.Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities.Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies.Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.Requirements:fluent in Norwegian, both oral and written and fluent in English.Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing roles.Experience working in a B2B environment with active use of digital/internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.).AdWords Search fundamentals certified (considered an advantage).Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).Technologically savvy with a strong interest in new digital marketing trends.Ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process, and policy information.Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail.Strong work ethic with a constant focus on quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.Be part of a dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.Meal allowance.Private health insurance.Yearly performance bonus.Relocation allowance and assistance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
