About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing the company's digital marketing strategy to enhance online presence, drive traffic, and increase conversions. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing online campaigns across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development & Execution:
Devise and implement strategies to increase online traffic to the company's website.
Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, SEO, and PPC.
Plan and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage online brand and product campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Website Management & Optimization:
Oversee the redesign and continual improvement of the company website, focusing on usability, design, content, and conversion rates.
Track and analyze website traffic and conversions, implementing necessary improvements to enhance user experience and achieve marketing goals.
Content Development & SEO:
Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content for online platforms to improve search engine rankings.
Manage relationships with other websites for quality backlinks to boost SEO.
Utilize keywords effectively to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
Campaign Management & Analytics:
Plan and control the budget for all digital marketing activities.
Evaluate and utilize customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to refine strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize efforts and achieve desired outcomes.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email campaigns, integrating with other digital channels to ensure cohesive messaging.
Manage email lists, segment audiences, and track campaign performance to maximize effectiveness.
Gather customer feedback and adjust campaigns based on insights.
Social Media Management:
Develop and maintain social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Craft and share engaging content, monitor interactions, and manage the company's online reputation.
Implement social media advertising strategies to expand reach and drive traffic.
Reputation Management:
Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and feedback.
Highlight positive comments and manage negative feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Certification in SEO SEM or an equivalent is preferred.
Proven experience managing PPC, SEO, and affiliate marketing programs.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role, with a track record of driving online growth.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: Onsite
Saturday: Remote work
Salary Range:
Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 (gross pay)
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO):
Coverage of up to Php 100,000 (available upon regularization)
Leave Credits:
Sick Leave: 5 days
Vacation Leave: 15 days (prorated for the calendar year)
Birthday Leave: 1 day (available after one year of service)
Financial Assistance:
Probationary Employment: Php 3,000
Regular Employment: Php 5,000
