Your responsibilities and impact as a customer service agent will be: Providing optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clientsCreating a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategyUnderstanding the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutionsProviding strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clientsAchieving strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and resultsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: You have a mother tongue level in Dutch + a good English level (at least B2)You have completed secondary school or already have a Bachelor-degreeYou already have experience in customer service or salesYou are familiar with social mediaYou are a strategic thinkerYou strive for excellence and professionalismYou have excellent communication and listening skillsYou are a real team player and willing to work with many other nationalitiesWhat's in it for you?
