We are seeking a hands-on and motivated individual for our new role as Senior Digital Marketing Communications Content & Campaign Specialist.
In this job, you will tell the story about how Infineon's solutions will shape the future toward digitalization and decarbonization. You will plan, develop, align, implement, and track detailed communication activities (campaigns & product/board launches) derived from our overall marketing communications strategy and product roadmap from our Business Lines. You will craft and deploy communication materials based on source content provided by Product and Application marketing located in different regions (USA, EMEA, Asia), and you will closely team up worldwide with other content and channel experts in our Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing teams.
In your new role you will:
Coordinate and drive all communication activities related to the market introduction of new products according to our corporate process in close cooperation with Product Marketing and our Marketing Communications team – from kick-off to market launch.
Work in agile teams to plan, design, and develop marketing communication materials based on source content provided by our Product, Application, and Technical Marketing counterparts and tailor it to the desired (digital) communication channel requirements.
Design, implement, and drive selected positioning, lead, and demand generation campaigns following our agreed marketing communication strategy, working closely with our channel experts to explore and exploit different (digital) channels.
Track, analyze, and interpret the results (KPIs) of all campaign activities and, if needed, take clear actions to improve the results further.
Act as the quality gate for Business Line content – applying guidelines and processes to ensure the timely delivery of content, channel submission, and compliance with Infineon quality standards.
Ensure and implement regular updates of all marketing communication materials and activities in alignment with Product/Application management.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
The great combination of communication expertise, business sense, and passion for high-tech (semiconductor) solutions.
A university degree in either Communications/Media Science, Marketing, or Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally in a high-tech company.
Profound experience in content development and production, ideally in creating and editing technical promotion material.
Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
Working knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Adobe).
Conceptual know-how and experience in designing and executing communication strategies and campaigns, leveraging the potential of Digital Marketing.
An understanding of the B2B electronic industry.
Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to structure complex topics, guide various stakeholders within our teams, and communicate effectively across multiple business areas (e.g., marketing, central functions, and product marketing).
You are an expert in multi-tasking, and you are passionate about trying out new things.
You are open to occasional travels to our main sites to meet all key stakeholders you work with.
Excellent English skills and readiness to work in an international environment across time zones. German would be a big plus but not required.
