Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing and Web Development to lead the execution of our operational marketing plan and manage the development of our corporate website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B digital marketing and the ability to effectively implement complex technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities Execute the operational marketing plan, ensuring timely and effective implementation of all digital initiatives.Manage the development and maintenance of Jolera's corporate website.Coordinate with the internal IT team and external vendors for technical implementations.Implement and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns.Ensure effective integration between the website, CRM, and other marketing tools.Oversee the technical implementation of SEO strategies in collaboration with external partners.Manage web development projects, including major redesigns and updates.Ensure the website is optimized for conversion and user experience.Implement and manage marketing automation tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.5+ years of experience in managing web projects and executing digital marketing strategies.Strong understanding of web technologies, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.Experience managing CMS and e-commerce platforms.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.Proven ability to lead and motivate remote teams effectively.Experience with remote work tools and best practices for managing distributed teams.Fluency in English (mandatory).Knowledge of Spanish (preferred). Preferred Factors Experience in marketing managed services and cybersecurity solutions.Familiarity with the IT services markets in Canada and the USA.Experience in content development.Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.Interest or experience in AI marketing and emerging technology solutions.
