Ferring + You
We are looking for 3 Digital Managers to work alongside our franchises and therapeutic area teams.
The Digital Strategy and Insights Manager is responsible for spearheading the digital campaigns and content strategy across various channels, working cross-functionally to generate customer insights, ensuring customer segmentation and customer analysis. They are also accountable for driving change management for an integrated and impactful digital engagement.
Your day at Ferring
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives within the assigned therapeutic area.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and more.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
Digital campaign implementation and management as well as omnichannel strategy and change management.
Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to amplify brand messaging, foster community engagement, and drive lead generation efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including franchise teams, regions, sales effectiveness, and communications teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
Track and analyze trends in the digital marketing landscape and implement them in your own strategy.
Behind our innovation…There's you
Minimum of eight (8) years in digital marketing management/CRM experience required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Has at least five (5) years of digital marketing experience.
Outstanding planning and organizational skills with exceptionally high attention to quality of detail and proven track record of results and follow-up.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace including medical, regulatory, and clinical processes, preferably within diabetes.
Experience in working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis.
Experience in structuring programs that are relevant for global, regional, and local contexts.
Well organized, meticulous about the details, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
High standards of excellence and attention to detail.
Understanding users' behavior and being focused on customer experience.
Agency/consultancy experience is welcomed.
Adaptability and flexibility for fast-changing environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
