What you'll do Are you passionate about the digital world and data-driven decision-making? We are seeking a dynamic Digital Insights Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our Digital Analytics efforts, transforming business and technical data into actionable insights. Your expertise will guide fact-based decision-making, leveraging your broad vision and deep knowledge of web and app analytics, privacy, data management, sales conversion, and navigation funnels.
The Digital Insights Manager will support the Digital Analytics area by generating insights that drive fact-based decision-making. You will implement and manage data flows and data science models, including GenAI, to provide KPIs, metrics, propensities, trends, and digital dashboards. Utilizing a variety of technologies and advanced analytical techniques, you will uncover profound insights. The role involves working closely with operational teams to identify areas of opportunity or improvement, maximizing business value. Additionally, you will configure data collection tools, integrate external tools, and enhance data analysis capabilities. Importing, cleaning, transforming, validating, and modeling data to derive meaningful conclusions for decision-making purposes is also a key part of the role.
Key accountabilities:
Create models using data science toolkits, machine learning algorithms and Gen AI to improve segmentations, sales propensities, basket analysis, and other business optimization challenges.
Develop smart and insightful dashboards and reports, tracking performance across channels to promote data-driven decision-making and optimize conversion using Qlik, PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint.
Prepare A/B tests and personalizations to improve customer journeys.
Who you are Higher Degree in Math, Engineering, Management or Economy (or similar)
Practical experience in Python, Data Science, Machine Learning and Gen AI
Experience in PowerBI, Qlik, Looker
