As the Digital Business Innovation Lead in Gas Service, Distributed, you will be leading and guiding the Distributed organization to understand the full picture of the process, data, and digital transformation we are currently driving. Our team supports the Distributed business to optimize our business processes, ignite our data-driven opportunities, and efficiently implement core technologies. We are key partners in identifying and implementing core innovations into our Product Lines and Regions. This role reports to the Head of Digital Operations in Gas Services Distributed.
How You'll Make An Impact
Lead the development and implementation of important metrics for digital and data initiatives, ensuring they align with our ambitious goals.Coordinate the collection and reporting on the financial, scope, and timeline health of the digital operations portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered detailed.Drive the identification of harmonization and simplification opportunities in core business processes across product lines and locations.Foster transparency and spearhead collaboration between our organization and major business transformation programs like PLM MP, S4E-Unify, MES or Digital FS.Strategically identify gaps and overlaps between the scope and timeline of major initiatives and develop solutions to overcome those challenges.Communicate and champion the direction of future ways of working, digital target landscape, and its implications for the business.Translate transformation concepts into actionable insights for operational business domains such as manufacturing, engineering, field service, project management, and repair ops.Lead the monitoring of emerging trends in digital applications and data to ensure the organization remains innovative and competitive.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and key collaborators, reporting on transformation initiatives.Take the lead on individual projects relating to Digital Twins and Artificial Intelligence.
What You Bring
7+ years of experience in digital transformation, data programs, IT implementations, or related fields.Proven experience as a project manager in targeted selection and standardized implementation of applications across global locations.Ability to proactively lead and collaborate effectively to derive common targets.Strong analytical skills with the capability to analyze data and present it to others, including senior management and peers.Excellent communication skills in English and willing to travel as required.Outstanding leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse collaborators and communicate data concepts to non-technical individuals.
