The Selfcare and Digital Clients Experience Department, of EDP Comercial , an EDP Group's company, is recruiting a Digital Experience Specialist.
Job Description: Conduct UX Research activities according to the defined roadmap; Be the pivot of the customer voice in digital channels; Manage the customer voice across EDP's digital channels and create relevant insights for product teams; Monitor customer comments and ensure issues are resolved; Open and follow up on incidents reported by customers; Design and operationalize the babysitting process for new features; Ensure reporting is focused on customer voice and digital quality; Manage and handle frequently asked questions; Promote internal workshops to activate the customer's voice; Create procedures focused on digital channels; Troubleshoot issues in commercial systems and other internal systems; Optimize processes and procedures, in a logic of continuous improvement. What kind of profile are we looking for? Degree or Qualifications at the 12th year level if comes with relevant experience to the job; Experience in customer contact, via phone or email; Proficiency with Office 365, Power BI, Medallia, Hotjar, and Google Analytics; Deep knowledge of EDP Comercial's digital touchpoints; Knowledge of the energy sector; Fluency in Portuguese - written and spoken; Experience with UX Research activities Working at EDP means having access to: A professional experience in a leading international company in its sector, with flexible working arrangements and hours.
