The Digital Experience and Adoption team is dedicated to crafting innovative, user-centered digital experiences that address the goals and challenges of our business teams. We believe in the power of design, research, and collaboration to create solutions that make a difference.
What you will do: As a Digital Experience Lead, you will:
Conduct UX research to deeply understand user needs and pain points;Map out user journeys to create seamless and engaging digital experiences;Develop and deliver design briefs to guide the creative process;Manage and inspire a team of designers and digital experience managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence;Lead an end-to-end design process, from ideation to implementation, including handover to the development team;Organize and facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to drive creativity and collaboration across teams;Act as the primary business contact for the digital evolution of key products, aligning strategies and ensuring impactful delivery;Leverage a data-driven mindset, applying analytics and A/B testing to optimize digital experiences and validate design decisions;Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, scope projects, and ensure successful outcomes;Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimize digital experiences to improve performance and user satisfaction. What are we looking for: Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in engineering, marketing, management or other as long as you have relevant experience for the role;Over 5 years of experience in UX design, UX Research, and UX process management;Has proven experience in UX design, research, and strategy, with a strong portfolio or impactful projects;Demonstrates excellent leadership and team management skills;Excels in building relationships with stakeholders and aligning business needs with user-focused solutions;Is highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities;Has strong communication skills, both visual and verbal, to present ideas effectively;Is passionate about creating innovative and meaningful digital experiences.
