Position : Digital Education Specialist for Youth Projects (Girls Go Circular) We are seeking an experienced Digital Education Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team and support secondary school-oriented projects like Girls Go Circular.
This initiative is dedicated to providing young students across Europe with essential digital and entrepreneurial skills, empowering them to contribute actively to a sustainable and circular economy.
You will play a key role in developing engaging and impactful digital education programmes that equip young learners and educators for the future.
Your Mission and Responsibilities Strategic Development of Learning Initiatives: Lead the design and implementation of digital education strategies focused on empowering youth and educators in secondary schools, ensuring alignment with the goals of the Girls Go Circular project and similar initiatives.
Content Creation & Curriculum Design: Oversee the creation of interactive and engaging educational content, tailored for both students and teachers.
Ensure the curriculum addresses key topics like digital literacy, entrepreneurial thinking, and sustainability.
Moodle Platform Management: Manage and optimise the Moodle Workplace learning management system, developing new courses and ensuring a smooth user experience for students and teachers.
Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including schools, educational institutions, industry partners, and NGOs, to develop high-quality learning content.
Programme Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously assess the success of digital learning programmes by tracking key performance indicators and delivering progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Innovative Learning Approaches: Integrate creative learning methodologies such as gamification, project-based learning, and digital storytelling to make education more engaging and relevant for secondary school students and teachers.
Upskilling & Reskilling Programs: Develop and implement upskilling programs for teachers to support them in delivering digital and entrepreneurial education to students, ensuring they remain at the forefront of digital education trends.
Requirements Essential : 3 years of experience in digital education, curriculum development, or related fields.
Expertise in creating and managing digital learning content for different audiences.
Experience with Moodle or similar LMS platforms.
Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including schools, educational organisations, and industry.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
Desirable : Experience in youth-focused education projects.
Familiarity with European educational frameworks for secondary school systems.
A passion for innovative digital education and empowering the next generation of learners and educators.
