WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Onsite Digital User Experience (UX) Support the rollout of the regional onsite digital user experience improvement plan by communicating with subsidiaries the priorities for the year and working with them individually on the rollout of improvements.Content Management System (CMS) Support Provide support to the local subsidiary CMS editors in the form of training, ad-hoc query resolution and raising of tickets for system bugs.Support subsidiaries with requests for content following the Group Client content sharing approach.Actively gather and collate subsidiary feedback on CMS feature improvements so that these can be shared and prioritised by the Group Client CMS Product Owner.Onsite Content Activation Assist the Digital Content Manager in the rollout of templated web content ensuring best in class content is developed, at scale, for local markets and governed against our brand guidelines.Take ownership of creating new onsite digital content, seeking input from key stakeholders across the region.Onsite Internal Search Communicating the internal search rolling plan for the region including provision of training and sharing of best practices to increase the overall usage and performance of our onsite search tool and, most importantly, improve the online experience of our customers.Digital Communications Delivery of the internal regional digital communications programme aimed at keeping our digital colleagues up to date with the latest news via monthly e-newsletters and webinars.Key Goals Implementation of the regional digital improvement programme in line with business objectives and updated annually.
Delivery of ongoing CMS training, issue resolution and content sharing support.
Execution of the regional onsite content strategy as outlined in the annual plan.
Driving regional adoption of the Group Client onsite internal search tool through the provision of training and support.
Regional understanding and awareness of the latest updates through provision of training, webinars and internal newsletters.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG Your Mindset:

Excellent writing, editorial and communication skills; ability to articulate issues in a clear and concise manner.Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and maintain exceptional attention to detail even when working under pressure.Experience working with content management systems to manage website content; OpenText and First Spirit experience would be advantageous but not essential.Solid understanding of the role and power of onsite content as part of a digital marketing strategy.Producing and editing engaging and effective digital content in line with the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice.Basic understanding of web analytics (e.g.
GA4).Passionate for content management and able to understand CMS trends and capabilities.Basic Adobe Photoshop skills.Your Overall Experience:
