Digital Collaboration Support Engineer

As part of the Digital Collaboration team, your role would be to bring the collaboration landscape to the next level. You will help business users in their usage of the digital collaboration solutions and communicate to them new features released.
CONTEXT
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Support projects that bring added value to the business users in the scope of Digital Collaboration.
Support and help the business teams with their needs.
Troubleshoot any business issues and liaise with the solution editor if necessary.
Contribute to solutions usage governance definition and enforcement.
Follow-up releases and updates of solutions to communicate changes to business users.
Follow-up on any issues with Microsoft and other solution providers when necessary.
Digital Collaboration engineer responsibilities you will support the business with:
Manage priorities and SLAs.
Build knowledge bridge between engineering and operations team.

Soft Skills you should have for the role:
Analytic skills
You are / have:
Willingness to constantly learn and progress.
Engineering school, university or polytechnic master's in computer science, Information management – or similar working/studying experience.
Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with clients and colleagues.
Rigorous, flexible, stress resistant, autonomous, and passionate about computer science.
Capacity to work in an autonomous way and in a multi-cultural context across regions.
At least 5 years of experience in O365 solution support.
