As part of the Digital Workplace team, your role would be to bring the digital collaboration landscape to the next level. You will be responsible to administrate and keep the collaboration platforms updated and secured. Up to date documentation is a key factor you will need to commit to. Also, building processes that help to offload users and the operations team.
CONTEXT HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Administrate and manage O365 collaboration services (manage changes, apply appropriate policies, etc.).Administrate and manage various on-prem solutions (SharePoint 2016, FSx-N SMB share, OpenText Documentum, IIS servers, ...)Build and update documentation to help support those solutions.Keep the platforms in scope healthy.Stay up to date on potential security gaps and react when one is identified.Monitor healthiness of the collaboration solutions.Guide and help the operations team with their needs.Build automation processes that help in operating the platforms.Follow-up on any issues with Microsoft when necessary.DWP Digital Collaboration engineer responsibilities you will support the business with: Manage priorities and SLAs.Build knowledge bridge between engineering and operations team.Develop PowerShell automation script to help carry out daily tasks.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Willingness to constantly learn and progress.Engineering school, university or polytechnic master's in computer science, Information management – or similar working/studying experience.At least 5 years of experience in engineering tasks related to Microsoft stack.Strong capacity to analyse automation process issues and propose solutions.Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with clients and colleagues.Rigorous, flexible, stress resistant, autonomous, and passionate about computer science.Capacity to work in an autonomous way and in multi-cultural context across regions.
