The Opportunity
Digital solutions are increasingly important in healthcare, and they are a key pillar of our offering. As the Digital Business Development Manager, you hold a key position within Roche Diagnostics Portugal's Healthcare Innovation Team, and you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

The end-to-end delivery of our digital solutions portfolio being accountable from the successful commercialization to the implementation and value recognition.
You collaborate with the local Roche organisation to integrate digital solutions seamlessly into existing sales channels and marketing campaigns, working in close connection with global headquarters for strategic alignment.
You contribute to develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to drive market awareness and user adoption of our digital solutions, analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for digital health solutions within the diagnostics space.
You master our digital solutions portfolio, and you build and deliver impactful messaging that highlights the value proposition and benefits of our digital solutions offering.
You identify new business opportunities within both prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing optimal solutions, including partnering with third parties and developing new innovative business models.
You develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the digital health ecosystem to expand our reach and impact. While championing the new, you'll also play a crucial role in ensuring sustainable growth for our established diagnostics solutions.

Who you are

You hold a higher education degree in Life sciences, IT, Business, Marketing or other related fields.
Experience working within the diagnostics industry and/or Digital Health is a plus.
You have proven experience in driving market adoption for innovative digital health solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the healthcare IT landscape and current digital health trends, passion for innovation and a commitment to improving patient care through digital solutions.
You are experienced in developing relations with partners, customers and other stakeholders that collaborate to cultivate the adoption of innovative and/or digital solutions.
You lead cross-functional teams in areas such as sales/business development for software and digital solutions.
You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, showing a strong collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills that allow the development of long-term and trustful relationships.
You are an excellent communicator and demonstrate strong presentation skills.
You are proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise.
