We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Assets Planner and Coordinator to join our team, reporting directly to the Digital Assets Production Team Leader.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end product image and photography pipeline, prioritizing high-quality, timely asset delivery.
Efficiently coordinate team deliverables, assigning tasks, managing end-to-end timelines, and anticipating cross-functional business needs.
Maintain organizational efficiency, clear communication, and logistical coordination, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Build and maintain a robust reporting structure, identifying issues early, implementing solutions, and providing transparent status updates.
Ensure scalability, consistency, and efficiency across all teams involved to support organizational goals and objectives.
What do we expect from you
Capacity Planning & Production Coordination: Expertise in planning and coordinating production processes to ensure efficient capacity utilization.
Task Coordination: Proficiency in organizing and managing tasks across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
Master Data Management: Skilled in maintaining and updating master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
Issue Resolution: Strong ability to identify and resolve issues quickly to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality assets.
Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in building and using reporting and analytics systems to track progress, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
2-4 years of proven success in Digital Asset Management, Project Coordination/Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Production Planning or similar role.
Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Digital Asset Management, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, fostering collaboration and understanding between different departments both onsite and remotely.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Practical Information
Work location: ECCO'Let Portugal, Santa Maria da Feira, with potential for remote or hybrid flexibility based on role requirements. Occasional travel to other units is needed.
