We are recruiting a Digital Assets Planner and Coordinator for a company specialising in the manufacture of footwear.

Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end product image and photography pipeline, prioritizing high-quality, timely asset delivery;Efficiently coordinate team deliverables, assigning tasks, managing end-to-end timelines, and anticipating cross-functional business needs;Maintain organizational efficiency, clear communication, and logistical coordination, with a focus on continuous improvement;Build and maintain a robust reporting structure, identify issues early, implement solutions, and provide transparent status updates;Ensure scalability, consistency, and efficiency across all teams involved to support organizational goals and objectives.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Digital Asset Management, or a related field;Proven success in Digital Asset Management, Project Coordination/Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Production Planning or similar role;Fluent in English and Portuguese;Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, fostering collaboration and understanding between different departments both onsite and remotely;Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.Additional Information:
