Tasks
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Team Lead for our DevOps group. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of DevOps Engineers, ensuring the seamless integration of development and operations processes, and driving continuous improvement in our infrastructure and deployment practices.

Lead and inspire a team of DevOps engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on achieving common goals.

Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring the team's efficiency and productivity.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and reliable infrastructure.

Drive automation initiatives to streamline deployment processes and enhance system reliability.

Support us in planning and designing the infrastructure of our products

Design, build, and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure and tools to deliver high-quality software in the most efficient manner

Manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and deployment

Implement and maintain GitOps practices for version-controlled and declarative infrastructure and application management

Work with the Security Team to ensure systems are safe against security threats and set up security protocols.

Oversee the monitoring and troubleshooting of applications and infrastructure, ensuring a prompt response to system issues as necessary

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, automated, and secure release processes

Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in DevOps, containerization, and cloud services.

Requirements

A degree or education in computer science and/or solid experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role

Leadership experience (people or technical leadership), with a track record in high-performing teams

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD)

Proficient with Kubernetes and Docker container management

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform

Experience with one or more of the main cloud providers (GCP, Azure or AWS)

Experience with GitOps and source control management tools like Git

Solid understanding of network, security, and cloud infrastructure

Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)

Good knowledge of the HTTP protocol and how HTTP-based microservices work

Knowledge of Java, Go and SQL is advantageous

English is no hurdle for you (at least B2-level required)
