Join our product development dedicated team, where you will work on building an on-premise cloud solution that serves as a service portal.How you'll make an impactMaintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using existing tools (TeamCity, Octopus) and implement new tools as needed.Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts for automating deployment and operational tasks.Maintain and develop Docker files.Implement and manage security best practices, including IAM policies and security considerations.Collaborate with development teams to improve DevOps practices and developer experience.Support application modernization and cloud enhancement strategies.Contribute to the deployment of scalable and high-performance systems.Maintain performance and monitoring dashboards for Ops.What's important to usAt least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in DevOps roles.Expertise in CI/CD platforms; GitLab, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy are considered a plus.Proficient in PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation of CI/CD tasks.Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem.Familiarity with message broker systems; Apache Kafka is desirable.Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems (Keycloak is a bonus).Strong knowledge of certificate management and security standards.Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker (Dev Container and Kubernetes experience is a plus).Knowledge of observability solutions with Elastic Stack (e.g., DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana).Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.What we offerWork-life blend: We offer a safe & healthy workplace, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home.Profit share scheme: In addition to your annual salary, you may receive a profit share defined by the company's success in the previous year.Global and Diverse Zühlke community: Witness how colleagues from all our 17 offices across the globe come together to create a unique, positive and inclusive work culture, learning from one another at annual team camps, and celebrating year-end parties and other local festivities.Committed to development: We are committed to the growth of our people and are investing in your development.
