Metyis is growing! We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our Data and Analytics team, at our Digital Campus in Porto.
What we offerDevelop your professional career working with one of the biggest brands in the fashion industry;Interact with senior stakeholders at our clients on a regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change;Work as a facilitator within our Agile environment and be responsible for managing the exchange of information between team members;Become part of a fast-growing international and diverse team;What you will doDesign, develop, implement, automate & monitor CI/CD/CT pipelines for an Azure based Data Platform;Establish and enforce DevOps best practices such as automated testing and deployment strategies;Keep up-to-date with emerging data technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for their adoption within the organization's DevOps ecosystem;Mentor and provide technical guidance to other data professionals, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning;Be proactive and be willing to work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, MLOps & Cloud Infrastructure teams;What you will bring3+ years working experience as Azure DevOps Engineer in the field of Data & Analytics or in a similar role;Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure is required;You're proficient with scripting languages (e.g. Python, YAML, git, bash, PowerShell, …);You're proficient with CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions…);You have experience with testing & data quality (e.g. pytest, great expectations, etc.);You have experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, …);You have experience with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, …);You have experience of working in an Agile environment (e.g. Scrum, …);Certifications in Azure are a plus (e.g. Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solution Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, ...);Being familiar with software engineering best practices in coding, software design patterns, testing & debugging are a plus;Being familiar with DataOps principles in observability, monitoring, & incident reporting are a plus;
