As a DevOps Coach, you will work for our client – a global IT leader driving innovation with cutting-edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring teams in the adoption of DevOps practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
Your main responsibilities: Oversee the transition to automated infrastructure platforms and CI/CD pipelinesDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and ArgoCDOrganize and lead workshops and training sessions to improve Dev and Ops teams' proficiency in DevOps practices and toolsProvide ongoing support for CI/CD tools, ensuring they are optimally configured and utilizedWork closely with team members to develop and execute strategies for DevOps transformation and continuous improvementYou're ideal for the role if you have:Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, XLDeploy, ArgoCD, and AnsibleStrong understanding and practical experience with Azure cloud services and KubernetesAbility to write and maintain Python scripts for automation and other DevOps tasksFamiliarity with Agile practices and ability to work effectively within an Agile teamProficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, enabling clear communication and documentation#GETREADY to meet with us!
