Main Responsibilities: Develop and enhance the support process, including the implementation of automation tools.
Monitor software management through automation tools to ensure optimal performance.
Manage infrastructure with support for tools like Ansible and Terraform.
Candidate Profile: Education: Degree in Computer Science or related fields (certifications and professional experience are valued).
Experience: Solid experience with automation tools and infrastructure management.
Knowledge of monitoring software and version control systems like GitHub and GitLab.
Proficient in scripting languages, especially Bash and Python.
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus.
Availability: Willingness to provide 24×7 services and travel within Portugal.
Language Proficiency: Good knowledge of English.
