Profile:
Academic qualifications at the 12th year level;
Professional experience of more than 2 years in specialized support roles in Device Management;
Proven professional experience with Microsoft Intune, Workplace Management, Autopilot Systems, Mobile Device Management (MDM), CyberArk Operations, Workplace Virtualization Architecture;
Fluency in Spanish (mandatory requirement);
Good communication and customer orientation skills;
Ability to adapt and work as a team;
Dynamism and proactivity;
Availability to work shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
