Development Team Lead

Crossjoin Solutions , founded in 2009, is a Portuguese IT company serving over 30 clients across Europe, Latin America, and North America. Through our services, we support tens of millions of consumers in numerous countries worldwide.

We provide consulting services across a broad range of sectors reliant on information systems, including banking, insurance, healthcare, automotive, finance, and telecommunications. Our expertise covers end-to-end performance optimization, enterprise testing, major incident troubleshooting and resolution, full-stack architecture advisory, continuous integration, deployment acceleration, and infrastructure managed services.

We are looking for a Development Team Lead to lead a small team of 3-4 developers with programming experience in Java and Golang , along with proven leadership skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Informatic Engineering or similar;

Experience in Java and Golang programming;

Team Leadership Experience;

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;

Knowledge of Publish/Subscribe systems architecture;

Ability to write and speak in English;

Willingness to travel.
