You will be joining our research and development team that is responsible for developing hydraulic systems and components for Bosch Heat Pumps. As a Development Engineer, you will drive the design and development of these hydraulic systems and components. For that, you will:Development of Technical Solutions: Coordinate with the team to create and enhance technical concepts and innovative functions for heat pumps, focusing on hydraulic components and systems; Design & Calculation: Specify, calculate, and design hydraulic components and systems, ensuring alignment with technical requirements; Requirements Management: Work with internal teams and suppliers to manage technical requirements and specifications, ensuring smooth integration into the overall system; Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation, including development reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards.What distinguishes you:Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a related technical field; Experience:Proven experience in product development or project management, particularly in mechanical systems; Previous work in refrigeration, hydraulic systems, or heat pump technologies is valuable; Know How:Familiarity with Product Development tools (FMEA, DFMA, FAM); Knowledge in Requirements handling (e.G
