Your contribution to something big: Exciting Insights - As a Development Expert, you are part of a team of technology and application engineering experts focused on the delivery and realization of a digital solution for the HR IT Recruiting solution within a complex HR process landscape.Mission - Analyze, design, build, and deliver a scalable, performant, market-ready solution by leading technical coordination and execution of the realization in the fields of e.g. Cloud Solution, Data Storage & Analytics.Value Driven - Define scopes, deliverables, and timelines that support business objectives in close collaboration with stakeholders (e.g. customer, SaaS provider, etc.).Impact & Responsibility - Understand the solution vision and needs. You share the operational responsibility for the solution realized with your development team, aiming to address objectives and KPIs while continuously improving the solution in lean, efficient ways.Transparency - Apply your deep understanding of software development, making tactical judgments on technologies and engineering trade-offs, while monitoring status and reporting on realization schedules.You will work in an international agile team with a high level of motivation and engagement, collaborating with a SaaS provider (Software as a Service).

Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of modern applications in the field of Cloud Applications, Data Storage & Analytics.
Know-how: You bring knowledge and experience in several of the following areas:
Designing and building scalable IT Applications (including Cloud Applications), underlying technologies including interface management and architectures.Automated deployments in containers, continuous integration and delivery processes, and infrastructure.Language: Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
Educational Qualifications: Degree in information technology (computer science, Business Informatics, etc.) or comparable qualification.
Added Advantage: Experience in the field of SaaS embedded Software Development for the HR Domain; cross-division experience within a large corporation.
