Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop customized Power BI solutions for clients, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs - Analyze complex data sets and provide insights to clients - Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability - Implement data security and access controls to ensure data integrity - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power BI solutions - Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and best practices - Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI development - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with SQL - Proficient in DAX and M language - Experience with data visualization best practices and tools - Experience with data modeling and ETL processes - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Experience with other BI tools, such as Tableau or QlikView, is a plus If you are a highly motivated and skilled Power BI Developer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
