Your main tasks will be: Design and maintain the components, UI patterns, and documentation for SDG's design system and component library. Work side-by-side with product designers, engineers, writers, and other stakeholders from around the company to develop the tools and processes they need to build world-class user experiences. Write documentation and usage guidelines that teach designers and engineers how to use components and patterns across design and code. Partner with other product designers and engineers to create high-quality user experiences across different product areas, geographies, and platforms. Create high-quality mocks and interactive prototypes to communicate your work. Use user research and data to inform your reasonings. Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally. Be able to precisely articulate design rationale and goals. Inspire the entire team and our internal partners by bringing new ideas to the table and defining next-generation interfaces. Conduct Front End Review for all implemented designs. We expect from you: 5+ years of extensive experience working with product teams as a Design System Designer and UX/UI Designer on B2C products. Proficiency in tools: Firgma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google presentations, JIRA and Confluence. Experience working in companies outside the CIS. Being able to provide high-quality Design Documentation. Usage of both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your design decisions. Experience working with Tokenized Design systems. Knowledge of User Research Methods and experience conducting some of them, such as interviews, usability testing, and user surveys. Proactivity, problem solver and forward thinker. Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency. Russian -- native/fluent.
