Our client is an international company focused on luxury interior design projects. With offices in Portugal, but working for the entire world, they wish to expand their team with a new person in order to meet market demands and keep growing. - Technical drawings sets and construction documents analysis; - Follow up ongoing and new projects, while managing project schedules, ensuring design deliverables are met, communication with consultants, suppliers, technical experts and clients; Principais responsabilidades - Technical drawings sets and construction documents analysis; - Follow up ongoing and new projects; - Managing project schedules, ensuring design deliverables are met - Communication with consultants, suppliers, technical experts and clients; - Request and evaluate quotations & budgets, negotiate pricing; - Present projects and concepts; - Maintain project documentation Perfil desejado - Bachelor'sdegree (orhigher) in Interior DesignorArchitecture - English/Portuguesespokenandwritten, extra languages are a plus - Previous expertise in the requested role (2 years minimum) - Knowledgeable in Autodesk, Adobe and other design programs - Detailorientedandorganizedwithstrongproblem-solvingskills - Knowledgeablein Microsoft office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint - Autocad, 3D Max, Fusion 360, Revit, BIM, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, Archicad Benefícios adicionais Oportunidade de enquadramento em empresa interncaional, em crescimento em Portugal, na área do Design.
