HUGO BOSS is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager for the Northern Zone of Portugal.
Essential:
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in luxury retail for 3-5 years. Experience in store management. High level of English, B2-C1. Experience in team management, management, and leadership. Experience managing KPIs and action plans. What you can expect: In your role as a Deputy Manager, you act as an inspirational role model in leading and coaching your team members in the KPIs achievement with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service .
