Job Description
The Dentist is responsible for the delivery of a high standard of basic, emergency, and preventative dental care.
Duties and responsibilities:
Delivery of routine (outpatient) and emergency dental treatment.
Liaise with other medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
Ensure that all medical records are properly kept and maintained.
Provision of clinical reporting into Regional Medical Director.
Support clinical mentoring for staff development.
Ensure best practice in line with clinical guidelines and SOPs.
Support the clinical excellence framework under direction from the Regional Medical Director.
Provide liaison with external agencies where required to promote chain of care continuity and professional referral/patient handover.
Qualifications
Qualified Dental Practitioner with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
Currently registered and licensed to practice medicine and apply specialty independently in own country or another EU member state.
Additional Information
Rotations are typically 8 weeks on duty and 8 weeks off duty. Flights, food and accommodation are provided whilst on duty at the project site.
