This role balances the creation and management of demand generation campaigns with a strong focus on marketing operations, ensuring the scalability and efficiency of marketing processes.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies in alignment with company objectives, leveraging HubSpot's capabilities.Maintain data health within HubSpot by implementing and enforcing best practices for data cleanliness, segmentation, and enrichment.Manage lead scoring, lead lifecycle processes, and marketing attribution models.Manage end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across various channels, including email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.Utilize HubSpot to design, deploy, and analyze email campaigns that nurture leads through the buyer's journey, optimizing for engagement and conversion.Collaborate with our digital agency to develop and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and maintain a good understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.Develop KPIs, track key metrics, and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and recommending optimizations.Contribute to content planning efforts by providing insights into target audience preferences, content trends, and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance demand generation strategies
