THE WORK:You will be joining our team as a highly skilled and experienced professional, expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience in Program Project Management. Your role will involve utilizing your influencing and advisory skills to contribute to team decisions and engage with multiple teams to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. You will play a crucial role in driving key decisions and ensuring successful project outcomes.Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture's full capabilities.Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team.Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios.Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments.Manage people engagement, recruiting, and staffing to optimize delivery targets.HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:Master proficiency in Program Project Management.Expert proficiency in Insurance Product Management.A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills.Bachelor's Degree.BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:Master proficiency in Estimation and Planning.Master proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).Master proficiency in Risk Management.Master proficiency in Scope Management.
