Delagroup: Customer Support Agent ( Norwegian)

Delagroup is recruiting Customer Support Assistants for one of its clients located in the northern region of Portugal (Porto).

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level (eliminatory requirement)

Native or C2 level proficiency in Swedish, Dutch, Finnish, or Norwegian (eliminatory requirement)

Experience in customer support, particularly in handling inbound calls, responding to customers via email, and providing real-time chat support (preferred requirement)

Computer literacy from a user's perspective

Interest in customer service

Clear and assertive communication skills

If the candidate does not reside in the country, relocation is possible (1 month of free accommodation, flight ticket, and 1 month of public transport included).

Working hours: Rotating shifts and days off.

Work model: Hybrid – Initial training and first few months on-site at the client's office in Porto, followed by the possibility of hybrid working.
