Our Deals and Strategy comprises a team of talented professionals coming from various horizons in Advisory Line of Services. They all share the same passion for delivering superior financial advisory to clients. With a team dedicated to Real Estate and Infrastructure valuation, we are part of PwC award-winning Advisory services in Luxembourg. We provide our clients with tailor-made solutions in the Alternative Industry including valuation, valuation review, market insight, and general consulting for management companies, institutional investors, local companies, and assurance clients.
Your mission:
As an Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality valuation reviews of real estate, private debt, and infrastructure assets. You'll also support clients by providing a wide range of advisory services, including asset valuation, benchmarking, market research, risk management support, portfolio management support, and strategic consulting. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects with assets located across the world. You will work closely with a team of experts, leveraging your financial acumen and analytical skills to assist both our firm, other network companies, and clients in delivering valuation-related solutions. Additionally, the role will include collaboration with other teams across the Deals and Strategy business unit (M&A, transaction services, due diligence, strategy, etc).
Be a part of our team where you will:
Conduct valuation reviews of real estate and infrastructure assets to support assurance functions both locally and globally in Fair Value assessments, including recalculation of valuation models, market research, benchmarking, analysis, and production of deliverables.
Provide valuation services of various nature to external clients for their real estate and infrastructure portfolios, including participating in meetings, preparing presentations, and conducting market research.
Work on consulting projects, offering insights on real estate market trends, investment strategies, and asset performance.
Develop in-depth knowledge of real estate and infrastructure sectors, both locally and globally.
Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Let's talk about you. If you have (or will soon have):
A recent graduate from an engineering, economics, and/or management school with a focus in finance, with an excellent academic background;
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills;
Perfect command of spoken and written English;
Any additional language would be considered a plus;
Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, autonomous, and enjoying working in a multi-cultural environment;
Willing to learn and flexibility;
Advanced command of the Office package;
Professional qualification in progress (CFA, CAIA, ACA, RICS…) is a plus.
