Job DescriptionWhat you will do: Partner in a trusted adviser capacity to senior Sales Leadership, sales community and internal stakeholdersProvide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures, handle risk within the contractual terms and structure and educate the sales team on our latest product bundles and offeringsDevelop improved methodologies for pricing and business terms, based on the use of data and market knowledge to support decisionsProvide deal financial modeling and proposal support to the senior members of the teamProvide deal structure guidance and recommendations to Sales that balance a data driven approach with creative and out of the box thinking, on requests coming from Sales on an assigned set of strategic accountsDrive the execution of contracts by working with cross functional teams and partners, including Sales, Legal, Accounting, and OperationsIndependently scope and complete project work to meet goals identified by ManagementPartner with product teams on optimal pricing models and strategies for new products and bundled solutionsCollaborate with Sales leadership to effectively coordinate and manage month and quarter end deal closureReview and vet sophisticated deals on behalf of Strategic Business Practices ManagementDevelop relevant cross-functional relationships to understand products, competition, and the marketCreate sales enablement materials to train Sales on good practices for product pricing and positioningWork closely with Finance, Legal and Operations department to optimize contract terms and close dealsDemonstrate a strong understanding of our customers and how they use Unit4 productsEnsure compliance with internal controlsEnsure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound offers with the Account ExecutivesQualificationsWe are looking for: 3-5 years' experience in Pricing Strategy, Deal Desk, Bid Management, Commercial Finance, Sales financial analysis, or relevant experience preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceOutstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skillsGreat interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communicationAbility to build relationships and work collaboratively to get resultsCapable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organizationHigh level of attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency (reading, writing and speaking) in EnglishIdeally, experienced at working in a multinational environmentExperience in Dynamics 365 / Dealhub (or other CPQ Tools)Additional InformationJoin Unit4 and be part of one of the most exciting journeys in the cloud ERP software space.
