Job Description
What you will do:

Partner in a trusted adviser capacity to senior Sales Leadership, sales community and internal stakeholders
Provide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures, handle risk within the contractual terms and structure and educate the sales team on our latest product bundles and offerings
Develop improved methodologies for pricing and business terms, based on the use of data and market knowledge to support decisions
Provide deal financial modeling and proposal support to the senior members of the team
Provide deal structure guidance and recommendations to Sales that balance a data driven approach with creative and out of the box thinking, on requests coming from Sales on an assigned set of strategic accounts
Drive the execution of contracts by working with cross functional teams and partners, including Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Operations
Independently scope and complete project work to meet goals identified by Management
Partner with product teams on optimal pricing models and strategies for new products and bundled solutions
Collaborate with Sales leadership to effectively coordinate and manage month and quarter end deal closure
Review and vet sophisticated deals on behalf of Strategic Business Practices Management
Develop relevant cross-functional relationships to understand products, competition, and the market
Create sales enablement materials to train Sales on good practices for product pricing and positioning
Work closely with Finance, Legal and Operations department to optimize contract terms and close deals
Demonstrate a strong understanding of our customers and how they use Unit4 products
Ensure compliance with internal controls
Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound offers with the Account Executives
Handle day-to-day transactional deal pricing requests

Qualifications
We are looking for:

3-5 years' experience in Pricing Strategy, Deal Desk, Bid Management, Commercial Finance, Sales financial analysis, or relevant experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Outstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to get results
Capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency (reading, writing and speaking) in English
Ideally, experienced at working in a multinational environment
Experience in Dynamics 365 / Dealhub (or other CPQ Tools)
