Dba Admin

We're looking for a Database Administrator with 5+ years of experience in supporting mission-critical environments on these technologies:
Mandatory: PostgreSQL/EDB
MS SQL Server
Preferred: AWS RDS
AWS Redshift
Optional: Oracle
MySQL & MySQL Cluster
It's also required to have knowledge of some of these scripting languages:
PSQL
TSQL
SQL
PL/SQL
Shell scripting
Perl
Powershell
Python
The successful candidate needs to have a good knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows OS and must be available to work in a team, in hybrid mode, and be on-call (approx. one week per month).
Upper intermediate level (B2) of written and spoken English is a must.
As part of the team, the new resource will be responsible for supporting the 360° database layer of several services on different technologies, participating in international projects, and having a chance to influence current and future technology choices.
The ideal candidate has:
A Master's degree in Information Technology / Maths / Physics / Statistics / Engineering or equivalent working experience.
Strong persuading and influencing skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively at both business and technical levels.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The ability to liaise with different levels of staff within the organization.
Good team player.
Must be motivated to progress in the role.
Self-starter with the ability to plan and manage work according to deadlines.
