Stefanini is hiring Portugal-based data engineers experienced with Databricks , to join one of our clients.
This is a full remote role that requires advanced English fluency.
We are looking for a Data Engineer with experience in Databricks on Azure , Power BI , and other cloud-based data solutions.
In this role, you will design and manage data pipelines, ensuring efficient ETL workflows using Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and integrating insights into Power BI dashboards. You will work with diverse reporting tools and cloud services to support scalable data solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and manage data pipelines using Databricks on Azure and Azure Data Factory (ADF) to process large-scale datasets.
Create, optimize, and maintain cloud data architectures using Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Databricks.
Integrate data sources into Power BI and other reporting tools, ensuring seamless data visualization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Implement data transformations and ensure data quality and consistency across various cloud platforms.
Work with Microsoft Fabric to manage unified analytics workflows across Azure and Power BI.
Job Requirements:
Required skills:
2-4 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Databricks , Azure , and cloud data solutions.
Hands-on experience with Azure services ( Data Lake , Synapse , ADF ) and Databricks for building and scaling data solutions.
Strong SQL and Python skills for data processing and ETL workflows .
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Familiarity with cloud data architecture and optimization of cloud-based data processing pipelines.
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience with diverse reporting tools like Tableau or Qlik , alongside Power BI.
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric for data unification and analytics across platforms.
