Your MissionWe seek an Atlassian Expert (Jira & Confluence) to join our dynamic team.
As an Atlassian Expert, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Jira and Confluence based on our Engineering Software Process.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of our Atlassian stack. Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/Confluence build and configureProvide application support for JIRA and Confluence to IT and the rest of the businessUnderstanding of JIRA APIs and webhooksWork with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-insUtilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projectsImplement custom XML-based JIRA gadgetsSupport and configure JIRA plugins as requiredGenerate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooksCreate JIRA projects, queries and reports as requiredAcquainted with plugins like: BigPicture, Tempo, Structure, ScriptRunner, etc.Your ProfileYou are mastering and have significant experience (6 years minimum) on:
